Banana Bread - w/ Pecans & Applesauce

Ingredients
4 ripe bananas1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder2 cups unbleached flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup pecan halves2 eggs
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Blend eggs, vanilla, bananas, sugar and applesauce in blender or mixer until smooth. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Fold wet and dry together gently. spray 8x8 brownie pan with cooking spray. Pour in mixture and top with pecan halves. Bake 25 minutes and cool 5 minutes before eating. Serve warm.
