turkey with sweet potato and apple chutney

Ingredients
* Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 3 large (remove) * Apples, fresh, 5 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) * Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) * Thyme, fresh, 2 tsp (remove) * Apple juice, unsweetened, 10 fl oz (remove) * Honey, 1 tbsp (remove) * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) * *arugala, 24 serving (remove) * Turkey breast meat, 72 ounce(s) (remove)
Directions
heat canola oil in pan; add chopped onions, sweet potato, apples and spices, add juice and honey; cook till tender. season with salt & pepper. Warm turkey, place on top of bed of arugal & top with chutney.
