Sweet Baby Carrots

Ingredients
16 oz bag baby carrots1 12 oz. dark beer1/2 cup margarine1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend3 Tbsp. honey
Directions
Pour beer over carrots in a pot, bring to a boil. Cook until tender, drain. In same pot melt butter. Add sugar and honey, combine well. Add carrots and stir until coated.

1 serving = 1/4 cup
