Whole Wheat Trail Mix Pancakes

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 TBS Brown Sugar1 tsp Salt1 tsp Sugar2 TBS Flax Seed2 cups Skim Milk1 Egg1 TBS EVOO1/2 cup Mixed Berry Trail Mix (or your favorite trail mix)
Yields 12 medium sized pancakes.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. MIx dry ingredients first (excluding the trail mix), then add wet ingredients. Stir in trail mix.
Heat a nonstick pan until hot. Use a ladle to pour batter into pan to make medium sized pancakes.
When bubbles appear on the surface, flip over until brown.
Top with fresh fruit or reduced calorie maple syrup.
