Homemade Chicken and noodles

Ingredients
6 eggs3 cups flour 1 tsp salt 3 chicken Legs and Thighs1 cup margarine
Directions
sift flour in a large bowl , make a well in the middle and add eggs. knead dough till smooth , add a few table spoons of water if needed.

Divide dough into 4 pieces and roll pieces out on floured surface , cut dough into strips ,( noodles) you can make them as wide as you like

In large pot ,, cover chicken with water and bring to boil. cook for an hour on boil or chicken is done. Remove chicken from pot when done let cool and debone

while chicken is cooling add noodles and salt to boiling water and cook for 30 minutes. , add deboned chicken and margarine.

Makes 16 1 cup servings
