Cucumber & Onion slices pickled

Ingredients
1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar1 Cup Water1 Tbs. Sugar1 Tbs. Mustard Seeds1 Tbs. Black Peppercorns1/8 Tsp. Tumeric1 Lg. Clove garlic sliced1 Cup Onions Sliced thin2 Cups Cucumber sliced in thin rounds
Directions
Bring Vinegar,Water, Sugar, Mustard Seeds. Peppercorns, and Tumeric to a boil. Lower temperture and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool the mixture.
Add the sliced Garlic, Cucumbers and onions and marinate in the refrigerator until serving. Best if marinated overnight. This makes 6 half cup servings.
