Healthy Ranch Meatloaf

1 lb extra lean ground beef1 onion, diced4 egg whites1 cup salsa3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch packet, unprepared1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 cup ketchup
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and coat a loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, compine the turkey, onion, egg whites, salsa, oats, soup mix, and black pepper. MIX WELL.
Press mixture into your prepared loaf pan.
Spread the ketchup on the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Turn your oven up to about 375 degrees and let it bake for another 15 minutes. Make sure that your meat in the middle is no longer pink.
