Ingredients
Ingredients:Natura Soy Beverage original 2 cup Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup Oat Bran, 2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 16 tbsp Baking Powder, 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 cup, packed Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Banana, fresh, 6 medium
Directions
Mix lemon juice with soy milk and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients together. Blend together soy milk mixture, bananas, vanilla and brown sugar. Add to dry ingredients and mix until blended. Spray large bundt pan and flour lightly. Bake at 350 until knive comes out clean - about 90 minutes.
