Ingredients
16 oz jennie-o turkey1 cup mushrooms1 cup sliced onion1 can green enchilada sauce1 cup black beans2 cups reduced fat mozzarella cheese12 tortillas
Directions
Brown the turkey, add seasonings of your choice
Saute veggies
Layer sauce, turkey, cheese, veggies, tortillas
Bake at 350 for 30 min
