Ingredients
28 oz canned tomatoes3 cans beans (pinto, kidney or black) rinsed1 onion chopped1tsp oil3T chili powder2T cumin3 cloves garlic6 oz lean ground beef or turkeysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Open tomatoes into a food processor or blender. give it 5 1 second pulses. Heat oil in a dutch oven, add onion and saute, add spices and garlic, cook 1-2 min. Add meat and and cook until meat is browned. add tomatoes and beans. Simmer 15 min, or until thick.
