*zuccini - Fresh, 2.5 cup *Canola Oil, 1.5 tbsp Salt, 2 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp *chilli powder, 1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil add cumin seeds
Add Zuccini
Mix all spices
Cook until zuccini is tender

    The blend of spices were awsome. I served it with a piece of lean pork steak with massala and bread crumb coating, cooked in the oven. Flavors maried very well.
