Cafe Rio Rice (at home)

Ingredients
3 C white rice3 C water3 bouillon cubes, chicken flavor1 tsp salt1/4 C lime juice1/2 small onion2 cloves garlic1/2 bunch cilantro1 small can green chilis
Directions
Combine rice, water, salt in pot, boil.
Puree lime juice, onion, cilantro, garlic and chilis in a blender.
Stir puree mixture into rice, cover and simmer for 25 minutes.

Makes approximately 6 servings
