GF Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 Stick Butter1/2-1 t minced garlic4 scallions2 C milk4 oz Cream Cheese1 C Sour Cream1/2 C White Wine1 t pepperSprinkle of DillThicken with corn starch if needed
Directions
Melt Butter. Saute Scallions and garlic. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook over low heat to marry flavors. Take care not to scorch. Serve over pasta or use in place of any alfredo sauce.
