Brown Rice and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked brown rice2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed1 10 oz. package frozen peas and carrots1/2 cup mayonnaise2 tsp. soy sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. It's simple, but good! 8 servings
