Jeff's Spicy Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients
*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 12 oz , dicedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices 1 Medium Pepper, diced*Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw),diced*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Home Gourmet Szechuan Kung Pao Seasoning Packet, 1 serving (remove)*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove
Directions
Heat oil in wok. Saute Chicken in olive oil until done. Remove chicken from wok, add in vegetables and sir fry until tender. Add chicken back in. Prepare seasoning according to directions, add to pat to thicken. Add soy sauce to taste.
Serve over rice if desired
