Baked apples

Ingredients
6 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced 3/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup apple juice1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Core and slice apples into 8ths using an apple slicing tool. Arrange slices in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Pour apple juice over the top. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
