2 lbs boneless/skinless Chicken breasts2 cups rice1 can (10.75oz) cream of mushroom soup2 cans (10.75oz) cream of chicken soup4 cups water6 ounces Provolone Cheese slices2 (1.25oz) pkgs Roasted Potato Seasoning Mix, (Bacon & Chives flavor)
Cut up the raw chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all ingrediences except provolone cheese and pour into a 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Layer the provolone cheese over the top. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Makes 12 servings, approx. 1 cup size.
