Lavendar Pannacotta

Ingredients
500 ml Soya cream2 tsp lavendar petalsEnough gelatine to set 500ml cream50 g xylitolFruit (ie strawberries) to serve
Directions
Bring the cream slowly to the boil with 2tsp lavender petals.

Remove from heat and leave to cool

Reheat the cream and add gelatine as per the instructions on your gelatine pack.

Strain the mixture into a jug and pour into 4 ramekins. Chill until set.

Serve with strawberries.
