Directions
Whole Wheat Spaghetti (2 oz, dry)Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)Garlic (1 tsp)Salt (2 dashes)Basil or Italian Seasoning (1-1/2 tsp)
* Bring pot of water to boil
* Add pasta and boil for 7 minutes
* Remove pot from heat and strain noodles
* Return noodles to pot, or pour into a large bowl
* Add Olive Oil and mix well to evenly coat noodles with oil
* Add garlic, salt, and basil (or italian seasoning) and mix well
* Serve immediately
