1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup whole milk, 100g flour, 50g rice flour, 2 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt
Heat oven at 345f.
Mix liquid ingredients then add dry ingredients.
Line 36 mini paper cups and fill 3/4 with the mixture.
Place into preheated oven for about 15 mins, or until lightly golden.
