Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breast2-14oz cans of stewed tomatos2 cans of chicken broth1 16oz bag of frozen green beans1 cup chopped carrots1 med. onion, chopped1 tsp tarragon2 cups brown rice, uncooked
Directions
Place all in slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2 hours or cook on low for 3-5 hours.

    This is very good and SO easy to make. I think it has a bit too much rice for the chicken & vegetables. I'm making this today using only one can of tomatoes, one can of chicken broth, and one cup of brown rice, and keeping all other ingredients the same. I'll be interested to see how it turns out. - 4/23/07
