Veal Parmigiana

Ingredients
Thin veal, scallopini cut (pre-packaged from Kroger)2 cups, Ragu Old World Style Spaghetti Sauce1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs1 large egg, beaten1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Dredge veal in beaten egg, then in Italian breadcrumbs.
Place in baking dish that has 1 cup spaghetti sauce on bottom.
Cover veal with other cup sauce, then add Parmesan cheese.
Cook for 15 minutes at 375.

Serve with spaghetti (not included).

    I quick fried in a pan with cooking spray to get the breading crisp. I baked without covering the top of the veal with sauce. Last 5 minutes I added the sauce on top and the cheese. No soggy breading that way. - 9/1/20

    Good meal, would have liked it a little better if there was a little less sauce so that the veal could brown a bit. Thanks - 8/17/10
