Lasagna for two

Ingredients
2 oven ready Lasagna noodles.5 cup spinach2 Tbs of Ricotta1/4cup of Mozz.Meatless Crumbles
Directions
Start off with a layer of sauce to coat the pan and then just layer the rest of the ingredients however you choose. Preheat the oven to 350, cover the dish with some foil and cook for approx 35 minutes. Then remove foil and let cook until cheese on top is nice and bubbly (about 10 minutes).

** Make sure to use a small pan, such as a loaf pan or a small oven safe pyrex/or something similar.
