Simple Stir Fry

Ingredients
Chop veggies before hand and have them in separate bowls.Heat the Wok or frying pan on medium high, add the olive oil.When the pan is hot, Add the garlic and ginger root. In about a minute, add the red onions.Allow the onions to cook, stirring frequently for about 2 minutes. Add the asparagus, chopping into 1 inch sections. Fry about 3 min.Add the yellow pepper, fry about 1 more minute.Garnish with cilantro if desired.
