Ingredients
1 cup whole white flour1 tbs. sugar2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. allspice1/4 cup skim milk1 egg2 tbs. molasses1 tbs. canola oil
Directions
heat griddle to 350. Mix wet and dry ingredients and then combine together. Pour onto griddle, cook 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear. Flip. Makes 4 servings.
