Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Potato, raw, 5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Beef chuck, 3 lb cut into chunksGarlic powder, 1 tsp Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Pepper, black, 1 dash Water, tap, 8 cups (8 fl oz)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large pot and cook for 3 hrs or until soft,done.
