Parmesan Garlic Oregano Oopsie Rolls

4 eggs, separated4 oz. cream cheesepinch cream of tartar1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried oregano2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano (optional)2 tbsp Kraft parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
2. Beat egg whites until they hold stiff peaks
3. In a separate bowl mix egg yolks, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and and oregano
4. Stir 1/4 of the beaten egg whites into the eg yolk mixture until it is evenly incorporated.
5. Carefully fold the remaining egg whites into the yolks
6. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil or a Silpat.
7. Using a large ice cream scoop, place the batter in 3-4" circles, 1" apart.
8. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
9. Allow the rolls to cool for 10 minutes, then remove them from the pan liners using a thin spatula.
