Ingredients
Directions
small bag of radishes. sliced thin (I used a mandolin to get thin even slices - once cliced it was about 1.5 cups)1/2 cup sliced onions (whatever kind you like - we used red)a pinch of kosher salta pinch of freshly ground black peppera pinch of onion powder(add any other seasonings you'd like!)1 tsp olive oil
warm olive oil in pan over medium heat
add radishes, onion and seasoning, stir together. Cover pan, stirring occasionally, until mixture starts to brown. Unlike home fries, this won't truly stick together. Cook to your desired done-ness - we cooked ours until everything was that yummy caramelized brown color.
This made 2 small servings - a little less than a 1/4 cup each? When I make this again, I might double it to get a bigger serving
