Oat Banana Muffins

Ingredients
2 mashed ripe bananas2 T canola oil1 egg1/2 cup fat free milk3/4 t vanilla2/3 cup wheat flour1/2 cup quick cooking oats1/4 cup sugar1 3/4 t baking powder1/2 t gound cinnamon1/4 t salt
Directions
mix bananas and first 4 ingredients set aside.
whisk flour and the remaining ingredients.
Add the two mixtures together.
pour into 9 muffin cups.
bake for 16 minutes.
