Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 510 gramsMedjool dates, 37 gramsAlmonds, 58 gramsWalnuts, 115 grams Brazilnuts, 30 grams Raisins, 100 grams Apricots, dried, 100 gramsRed Wine, 2 fl oz Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Lemon or orange zest, 1 tbspCinnamon, 1 tsp
Directions
Chop all ingredients (microwaving or roasting the nuts first) and blend in a food processor until desired texture.

Makes 34 two-tablespoon servings
