Turkey and Noodles

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large Egg Yolk, 2 large Salt, 0.50 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Flour, whole grain, 0.50 cup Flour, white, .5 cupBaby Carrots, raw, 15 medium Celery, raw, 6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) 93% lean Ground turkey 20 oz. Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cups3 cloves of garlic
Directions
mix flours, salt, baking powder together, form a well in the center

beat eggs and pour into the well. mix together, roll out, cut thin, allow to dry

In a large soup pot, cook celery, onion and carrot together in the olive oil. Add the ground turkey, brown, stirring frequently. Add broth and noodles. Can add more or less broth according to your preference.

Cook until noodles are well cooked.
