Ingredients
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour2 Tsp. Baking Powder1 Cup Splenda½ Tsp. Salt½ Cup Margarine5 Egg Whites½ Cup Soy Milk1 Tsp. Vanilla2 Cups Blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray 12 muffin tins.
Combine flour, baking powder, Splenda and salt in bowl. In another beat margarine, egg whites, soy milk and vanilla together. Mix the margarine egg mixture and berries with the flower mixture. Put in muffin tins and bake 25-30 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean.
