Easy Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2T Extra Light Olive Oil,1 large carrot - chopped1/2 large Onions - chopped2 large stalks of Celery, - chopped3 cloves of Garlic, minced2qty, 32 oz carton's of Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth1 t black black Pepper1 Bay Leaf2 t Thyme, fresh1/2 of 1 lb bag of Campanelle noodles ~2 cups Chicken cut into big pieces - (2 units of roasting chicken...for calories)
Directions
cook onions, celery, garlic, carrot in EVOO until onion is soft. Add broth & spices, bring to boil. Add noodles and cook for 5 or so minutes, then add chicken. It is ready to eat when noodles are done to your liking.

This yields 6 BIG bowls of soup...thats all we have for lunch or dinner when we cook this. It's why we buy the costco rotisserie chicken.
