20 ounces 93% fat free ground turkey1 cup good salsa like La Victoria1/2 cup eggbeaters1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats1 tsp ground cumin seed1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp salt to taste
Mix all ingredients until throughly mixed. Fill muffin cups, which have previously been sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes. Makes twelve meatloaf muffins..
