Potato Squash Casserole

Ingredients
4-5 medium white potatoes2-3 sweet potatoes3 medium zucchini3 medium yellow squash1 stick margarine2 eggs1 packet onion soup mix
Directions
Peel and boil potatoes. Peel and steam squash. Combine squash and potatoes, mashing with potato masher (or I just put them in a stand mixer and mix at low speed until the veggies are mixed and blended together. Add margarine, eggs and soup mix and combine.

Spray 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for one hour.
