Easy Instant Oatmeal mix

Ingredients
4 cups dry Quick, or Regular Oatmeal1/2 c. Wheat bran1.2 c. Raisins1/2 c. Brown Sugar, unpacked 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp 1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped 1 tsp. dried Orange Peel, (Optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
When ready to serve, combine 1/2 c. mix and 1/2 c. water. Mix well and microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. If you want this a bit sweeter, use Splenda, Stevia or Xylitol (the last 2 are great natural sweeteners)
The orange peel is optional.
