1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup1 cup water3/4 cup white rice, regular - uncooked1/4 tsp paprika1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic4 chicken breast halves (22 oz)
Makes 4 Servings
In a 2 qt. shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken and rice are done. For creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 cups.
