Ingredients
Flour Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 1 cupYellow Cornmeal, 1 cupGranulated Sugar, .25 cupBaking Soda, 1 tspSalt, .75 tspYogurt, plain, skim milk, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 2 large
Directions
Mix ingredients, stirring only until combined. Bake in a lightly greased 8X8 pan at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

    i make it with 1 tsp of stevia in place of sugar, greek yogurt with tbsp or so of low fat milk making it easier to stir with dry ingredients and dill, chives or whatever herb i have on hand and used a greased muffin tin.tasty, healthy and low sugar cornbread to have with lunch salad.:)tnx! - 5/11/13
