shrimp scampi w/ zuccinni

Ingredients
16 lg cooked shrimp - detailed and thawed 3 sl red onion diced 1-2 cloves fresh garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1.5 plum tomatoes diced 1/2 small zuccinni diced 1 tbl butter 1 tbl oilive oil sautee vegies, in 1 tbl olive oil, set aside cook pasta ( angle hair) drain and set aside. now add 1 tbl butter & 1 tbl olive oil in pan, add the vegies, garlic, heat well, add pasta toss well, add shrimp , toss well, add 1 tbl water cover for 3-5 min. Add salt& pepper to taste. Parm cheese as garnish. This is for 2 ser Main course.
