Quick Curried veggies and tofu

Ingredients
6 oz tofu1/4 c. Mr. Kooks vegetable curry1 cup of broccoli1/2 c zucchini2 garlic cloves1/2 c onion1 c diced new potatoes ( delmonte)1 spray of PAM olive oil\1 tsp paprika1 tsp turmeric1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Makes 3 servings

Heat pan, sautee onions and garlic. Add potatoes, tofu and veggies. Sprinkle in spices. Heat over medium until veggies are cooked through
Add curry sauce and serve
