Turkey Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey breast1 small onion, chopped1/2 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped green pepper1 can (10-3/4 oz) reduced-sodium cond tomato soup, undiluted1/2 cup ketchup1 tablespoon brown sugar2 tablespoons prepared mustard1/4 teaspoon black pepper8 hamberger buns, whole grain
Directions
* In a large saucepan coated with cooking spray, cook the turkey, onion, celery and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain if necessary. Stir in the soup, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and pepper.
* Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. cover and cook on low for 4 hours. serve on buns.
