Cut brussels in half or in thirds. Remove any brown leaves. Pour olive oil in pan and heat on high. Add onions and brussels. Pour in braggs aminos to taste. Cook until leaves start to get a little brown and full brussels get bright green. Add in garlic and cook for another minute. Average cook time for entire dish: 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
