Crock Pot Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef1 cup instant potatos (set aside 1/2 cup)1/2 cup dark brown sugar (1/4 c for topping)3 large eggs1 package lipton soup mix3 tsp worcestershire sauce (1 tsp for topping)1 cup ketchup (set aside 1/2 c for topping)1 tsp garlic2 tbsp Major Greys Chutney
Combine beef with 1/2 cup instant potatos, 1/4 c dark brown sugar, 3 eggs, Lipton soup mix, 2 tsp worchstershire sauce, 1/2 c ketchup, 1 tsp garlic and 2 tbsp chutney in a large gallon freezer bag and knead till mixed well. In a large crockpot, sprinkle the 1/2 cup remaining instant potatos. Place beef mix over the instant potatos. Cook in crockpot on low 6-7 hours, or 3 hours on low. About 30 mins prior to serving, mix the remaining ingredients in a small pan on the stove: ketchup, worchestershire sauce, and brown sugar. mix and heat till bubbles. Spread mix over the meatloaf and let cook about 30-60 minutes, depending on meat temperature. Should feed 6-8.
