Ingredients
10 oz frozen corn1.5 cups shredded mexican cheese1.5 salsa2 Tbsp green onion chopped
Directions
Heat corn and salsa in microwave 9" pie plates as directed on package. Stir in salsa and heat about 2 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle cheese over corn mixture; cover and let stand until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with scallions. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
