Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
2 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce1/2 cup reduced fat blue cheese dressing4 10" whole wheat tortillas2 cups shredded romaine lettuce1 cup diced celery1 cup peeled, seeded, and diced cucumber1 cup peeled, shredded carrots
Directions
1 Combine the chicked and the hot-pepper sauce in a small bowl.
2 Spread 2 tablespoons of the blue-cheese dressing over each tortilla. Araange 1/2 cup romaine horizontally down the center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/2 cup chicken, 1/4 cup celery, 1/4 cup cucumber and 1/4 cup carrots.

3 Fold the sides of each tortilla toward the center. Starting from the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla up to the top

YEILD: 4 servings

Try using flavored tortillas to add color and extra flavor.
