Ingredients
Fish:2 Tilapia filets1 t Garlic powder1 t Cayenne Pepper1 t Mrs. Dash Southwestern Chipotle Seasoning2 T Salsa1 T Olive OilSalsa:1 Mango - peeled and chopped2 T (approx) Chopped Peppers (I use mixed colors)2 T (approx) ChoppedOnions1 t Cilantro1 T Lime Juice
Directions
Fish:
Heat Oil in a non-stick skillet (I only counted part of the oil in the nutrition as it does not really cook into the fish). Season both sides of the fish with the chipotle seasoning and the garlic powder. Place the fish in the skillet and put salsa on them, let them cook a few minutes and flip them. Add the rest of the salsa to the top and cook a few more minutes. Remove the fish from the skillet when it is cooked thoroughly and seperate with a fork. Makes the filling for 4 tacos.

Salsa:
Put chopped Mango in a bowl and drizzle the lime juice over it. Add cilantro, onions and peppers and stir together. Put in taco shells with the cooked fish.

The tortilla shells are NOT in the nutritional information of this recipe as all shells are differenet.
