Sour Cream Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 package 40% reduced sodium taco seasoning mix1 cup salsa2 tbsp cornstarch1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
Directions
Spray crock-pot with cooking spray, add chicken breast. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and top with salsa. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken from pot. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tbsp water and stir into sauce in crock-pot. Stir in sour cream and mix well. Serves 6.

    I took the chicken out and shredded it and then added it back into the sauce (instead of covering the chicken breast) then i put it in a wheat tortilla shell... nummy chicken tacos! - 5/6/10
