Ingredients
1/2 chicken breast1 tbs lemon juice2 tbs peanut butter2 tbs flax seeds1 leaf lettuce
Directions
Grill chicken breast with lemon juice, slice into strips and chill. Spread peanut butter on lettuce leaf, and sprinkle with flax seeds. Add cold chicken and roll up!
