Better Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 tbsp oil1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt1/2 cup Splenda baking blend3 very ripe bananas2 cups flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp milk1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Beat oil, yogurt and sugar. Add eggs and banana and beat well. Add sifted dried ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix well.

Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
