Place chicken, soup, and broth in the crock pot before you leave for work and leave it on low. When you get home, add the sour cream and let it cook another ten minutes. Pre-heat over to 300. Use a large cake pan. Once mixture is ready, dip six corn tortillas in the soup mix and then lay in bottom of the pan. Layer on one scoop of the soup mix. Add a handful of cheese. Repeat this process two more times. Once finished, place it in the oven for about ten to fifteen minutes to melt the cheese. Great with beans and Mexican style rice.
